This webinar focuses on what personality contributes to ourselves, how we can assess our own personality, how HR identifies your true personality, and why assessing your personality  is important. Also, the speakers talked about e-resume and how to create one. I’ve learned that there are 5 main personality traits. These are; neuroticism which is a tendency to experience negative emotions like anger, anxiety or depression, extraversion is the trait that engage in a breadth of activities and deriving energy from engagement with the outside world, openness to experiences is a willingness to try new things in a breadth of activities and enjoys exploring, agreeableness trait which is being concern for social harmony and experiencing value from getting along with others, and lastly, conscientiousness trait that displays self-discipline, act dutifully, and striving for achievement against measures or outside expectation. These personality traits are being measured through personality assessments like DISC, Myers Briggs Type Indicator, 16 Personality Factor Questionnaire and Behavior Based Structured Interview or BBSI. Once you assess and evaluate yourself, creating a resume is a need to be able to showcase your skills. In the application process, there are a lot of papers being used and wasted. That’s why job180.com provided an easier way to produce resumes. What I like about joob180.com is that you can create your e-resume and update it whenever you want, you can choose the information you want to share, employers can easily view my profile, and can be printed out in one page. Your own resume link is very convenient to view once you put it into your email, resume, or even in cards. This webinar has given me a lot of useful websites for my betterment.

Being able to attend and participate in this webinar for free is such a big opportunity, however, since it’s live there are some connectivity issues I got troubled with. Due to this, I feel it was incomplete even though it was full of information. That’s why I asked for some clarifications and questions during the Q & A. On the other hand, this webinar contributed a lot of information to my prior knowledge. Whenever I sent the short evaluation provided, I felt fulfilled because I was able to remember and gain that knowledge for a short period of time. I can use this information to share it to anyone who’s been curious about personal assessment, HR best and worst personality preferences, creating your own resume link, job180.com, and benefits of having your own resume link. Because of the certificate provided at the end of the webinar, I can use it for my job applications to be able to convince HR managers that I’m very well prepared for applying on their job offer.
