This website provide one free course with free certificate but the next course you would want to enroll to must be paid. Here is the course I attended: 

            This course was able to present knowledge that is very useful and informative. I spent my hours efficiently by setting my schedule at my most convenient time. It’s very special for me to work in my comfortable time since this course would have a big effect on my professional life and skills.

Communication in the 21st Century Workplace

               Communication is important to build a good relationship within the organization. Without communication, there will be no teamwork and shared ideas. It’s very important that you communicate properly and at the right time. When communicating, it’s very important you listen to them attentively and make sure that they also listen to you. When you want to talk to your boss, make sure to set an appointment first. Also, you need to adjust because your boss is a busy man that needs to finish appointment as soon as possible. During meeting with your boss, prepare your agenda, solutions or proposals. Don’t let your boss make use almost 50% of his time during your meeting. On the other hand, talking with your coworkers is also a must. You are a team that needs to communicate with each other since all of you are achieving the same objectives daily. It is necessary that you consider their emotional state too. Always be polite when talking to them, and provide a help when you can to be able to accomplish task faster. Observe body languages done by your coworkers to be able to understand their feelings immediately. Due to this, you can prepare the words you would say to them to prevent chaos in the workplace.

         Being enrolled in this course for free is such a big opportunity, however, I can’t get to ask some of my questions towards the topic since it is just recorded. Due to this, I feel it was incomplete even though it was full of information. That’s why, I browse for my questions on the internet. On the other hand, this course contributed a lot of information to my prior knowledge. Whenever I passed the short quizzes provided, I felt fulfilled because I was able to remember and gain those knowledge for 2 hours. I can use this information to share it to anyone who’s been curious about communicating with manager, communicating with coworkers, and communicating effectively. Because of the certificate provided at the end of course, I can use it for my job applications to be able to convince HR managers that I’m skilled enough for the job offer.
