The webinar focuses on how to have a negosyo mindset. First  thing first, as an entrepreneur, you must shift your way of thinking to an innovative mindset. You must think of unique and new things to be able to develop your own business image. Secondly, you need to ask someone who has pure knowledge about running a business. You need to ask someone who is a reliable one so that you will discover things you didn’t know about starting a business. If you ask someone who is not reliable, they will just discourage you. Third, be goal oriented. Have that one goal in your mind and target it all throughout the process. Make sure to focus on that goal because it will encourage you to continue when you are about to give up. Lastly, redirection when there is rejection. Failure is normal in our lives and if you give up just because you failed, you need to change your mindset. See failures as lessons to remember. See failures as a motivation to redirect things when there is something wrong. Running a business might result to lost of funds but remember, it’s okay to run out of money but don’t run out of ideas. Your ideas will bring solutions to your problem and if you learn how to cope up with those ideas, you will surely succeed. 

 

         Being able to attend and participate in this webinar for free is such a big opportunity, however, since it’s live there are some connectivity issues I got troubled with. Due to this, I feel it was incomplete even though it was full of information. That’s why I asked for some clarifications and questions during the Q & A. On the other hand, this webinar contributed a lot of information to my prior knowledge. Whenever I sent the short evaluation provided, I felt fulfilled because I was able to remember and gain that knowledge for a short period of time. I can use this information to share it to anyone who’s been curious about building a business, things to avoid when starting a business, and what should be the mindset of an entrepreneur. Because of the certificate provided at the end of the webinar, I can use it for my job applications to be able to convince HR managers that I’m skilled enough for the job offer.
