This webinar was able to present knowledge that is very useful and informative. The webinar occurred at my most convenient time that’s why I find it less hassle and more enjoyable. It’s very special for me to work in my comfortable time since this webinar would have a big effect on my professional life and skills.

            This webinar focuses on how to utilize your social media in order to accumulate sales and traffic for your business. As a future business owner, I want to effectively use social media to promote my products and interact with customers. Making use of social media is a great opportunity to promote your product. Since most people use social media, especially Facebook and Instagram, you can advertise your products in lower cost and accessible to your target customers.  I’ve learned that it is important to have a target market on social media to have an analysis on how the product will be useful to your target and what is the rate of them buying your product. Also, because of the target market you can create suitable content to engage them. Maintaining good relations with customers will make them return to buy your product again. You must prioritize responding to customers who are experiencing problems and assist them politely and empathetically. Next, always respond to customers' comments both negative and positive. Negative comments sometimes will help your service improve but make sure to reply to it with a polite and respectful tone. Next is to provide a quick customer response and never delete customers’ complaints. It’s normal to commit mistakes but you should do an action once a mistake is done. To effectively utilize your social media, you should create posts that spreads positivity, show your sympathy for consumers, update the schedule for posting contents, make your social media an easier way to buy products, and make sure to answer questions and comments from customers.  

 

             Being able to attend and participate in this webinar for free is such a big opportunity, however, since it’s live there are some connectivity issues I got troubled with. Due to this, I feel it was incomplete even though it was full of information. That’s why I asked for some clarifications and questions during the Q & A. On the other hand, this webinar contributed a lot of information to my prior knowledge. Whenever I sent the short evaluation provided, I felt fulfilled because I was able to remember and gain that knowledge for a short period of time.
