            This webinar focuses on how to sell your products online with e-commerce.  E-commerce is the activity of buying or selling of products or online services over the internet. You can provide services online with less hassle because you can either do it through a website or application. The webinar focused on website creation for e-commerce. The benefits of selling with e-commerce is that it is more convenient because it is simpler and faster. Also, you can allow your customers to create their own profile so that you can receive their feedback and experiences directly. Moreover, it contributes an expense but is much lower because of the minimal start up and operating costs. Lastly, your products or services can be globally known because there are no geographical or physical restrictions. There are 3 stages of a customer's journey at your website. First is the intention, discover and browse. This step is where the customer scans your site. They carefully check your products and services your business provides. Once your product catches one of their interests, they will request an order of that product. In the second stage, order and shipping is the stage where customers select payment methods, choose shipping options, and track order status. The last stage should not be neglected. Repeat purchase and brand loyalty is the last stage. This is where the customers rate and give feedback, they can also recommend the shop, join loyalty programs and check promotions. I've learned that starting a business with e-commerce requires siting your business, setting up digital storefront, and being knowledgeable with surfaces across Google and shopping ads.

             Being able to attend and participate in this webinar for free is such a big opportunity, however, since it’s live there are some connectivity issues I got troubled with. Due to this, I feel it was incomplete even though it was full of information. That’s why I asked for some clarifications and questions during the Q & A. On the other hand, this webinar contributed a lot of information to my prior knowledge. Whenever I sent the short evaluation provided, I felt fulfilled because I was able to remember and gain that knowledge for a short period of time. I can use this information to share it to anyone who’s been curious about e-commerce, effective tips for starting a business with e-commerce, the difference between a marketplace and e-commerce website. and benefits of selling products in online with e-commerce. Because of the certificate provided at the end of the webinar, I can use it for my job applications to be able to convince HR managers that I’m very well prepared for applying on their job offer.
