This topic focuses on using Google My Business and benefits of using it to stay connected with your customer. Of course, just like other Google applications, it is important to register to have your business inside Google My Business. In registering, you just need to provide your business name, location, category, and contact. And once you are able to fill it up, you need to verify it to be able to continue using Google My Business. For verification, you will be needing a business permit. In Google My Business, there are a lot of features you can use to navigate your business easier. One of them is the business profile that displays your business information and due to this, you will help your customers find you, get in touch and what makes you different from the rest. Also, the post feature is simple, it will help you share an update with your business and have it shown to your customers so that they will be oriented with your new product or latest promotion. And the other feature that is my favorite, the Q and A feature. It allows you to be more connected to your customer since you are being responsive with their questions about your product, brand and business. The last one I want to talk about is the Short Name feature, with this, you will make it easier for people to find and share your profile. It’s necessary to make use of Google My Business especially now, we are still in the midst of a pandemic. This tool will probably help you utilize your business online. 

             Being able to attend and participate in this webinar for free is such a big opportunity, however, since it’s live there are some connectivity issues I got troubled with. Due to this, I feel it was incomplete even though it was full of information. That’s why I asked for some clarifications and questions during the Q & A. On the other hand, this webinar contributed a lot of information to my prior knowledge.
